I was born on February 17 in Queens New York. I see myself as a “simplistic soul” that has been enriched with enlightenment and still seek knowledge daily. I have never thought of writing as just writing, it has always been my escape, the way that I cope with the world. When I first started writing poetry it was a way in which I could let down the masked smile I was forced to wear for the comfort of people around me. So, all of my fear, pain, heartache, and loss became synchronized letters that held and told my truth, even if I was the only one that knew it. I am certain that I fell in love with words and the freedom they provided me long before I ever knew what love, or what life was supposed to be.

As an artist I not only push my readers to new levels, but I am constantly pushing myself to greater heights. I truly feel that my unique style of writing is sure to have everyone that reads my work wondering what I will tantalize their taste buds with next.
